It is always hard for me to tell people where I am from because I have been fortunate enough to travel much, both here is the US and also abroad, and I grew in each of those places--even if I didn't know it at the time. So I just tried to stay in chronological order, but when the story is better told I moved the chapters around with some liberty. But, then, it is my life.
